I thought it would be a good idea to share with you, our camping friends, some thoughts about the current situation. Times have been better. Perhaps camping is an outlet for some of our frustrations. We can stay away from large groups and six feet away from other campers. We can have a good campfire, a little refreshments, and just appreciate time with a friend or family member.
We are in the process of installing a new internet service with additional capacity. It will take some time to complete the system. We are attempting to install hot spots throughout the campground. With the trees and metal covered RV’s this will be not be easy. I have a son, Mark who is an engineer working on it. My other son, Dave the owner of London Computer Systems, has had his staff design the system and is providing the necessary software and hardware. Manager, Tom along with some help from Mark and my grandsons will help with the installation. I plan on watching and enjoying how they get this accomplished. Good luck Internet team!
Tom has replaced seven docks and has installed a boat boarding dock by the boat ramp.
The weather forecast for the end of March looks pretty good. Let’s look forward to a good camping season. Above all take care and listen to the health care experts. I have a nurse and a doctor in our family and they, as well as our other children, are constantly checking on us and advising us relative to the situation and what we are doing about it. A time to appreciate family.
