From time to time we receive a complaint about a dog running loose in the campground. Our rules say that all dogs must be on a leash when not inside a confinement. Unfortunately some dogs from time to time are running loose. This has been the case with a dog that is not owned by anyone in the campground. Our information from the Shelby County animal shelter is as follows: If you see a dog running loose take a picture of it and then send to Tom Hoying or Ken Hegemann. Better yet send to the dog warden at the following e mail address. shelbycountyanimalshelter@yahoo.com and let them know that you are in the Lotus Cove Campground.
