As you well know, the weather has not been cooperating for the beginning of the camping season. Currently we have high water levels at Lake Loramie along with very low temperatures at night. The forecast for night time lows are as follows: Wednesday 27 degrees, Friday 25, Saturday 21 and Tuesday the 10th, 28. Based on this forecast it is not wise to turn on the water at the campground until Wednesday April 11th. That is our current plan and we will let you know if that schedule changes.
The campground clubhouse restrooms are available for use with hot water. We have also provided heaters in the restrooms to offset the cold temperatures.
Things will get better.
