Expenses for August:
Band for Labor Day -$400.00
50/50 for Labor Day -$168.00
For a balance of $679.05
New Business: October 1st,10:00-12:00, we will be having the Pancake Breakfast @ The Oak Tree. The Oak Tree will provide the pancakes. The activities fund will pay for the sausage. Everyone else is asked to bring a covered dish.
October 8th, Bingo 10-noon @ The Oak Tree.
2:00 p.m. Campers Meeting.
15th , Hay Ride @ 5:00 p.m.
6:30 @the clubhouse will be a Halloween Party. Costume Judging @ 7:30. Age groups 12 and under & 13 and up. There will also be Hot Dogs & Marshmallows.
