This was the first campers’ meeting of 2016; we had a great turn out and we want to thank all of you that attended. We are looking forward to having a very fun summer. Some of the activities that are up and coming in April & May that, as a group, were scheduled are as follows:
** April 30th will be Lot Clean Up Day
(We would appreciate you taking this day to clean up around your camp sites and get it presentable and ready for the summer. The weather leaves debris behind that needs cleaned up. We do have a designated area for LEAVES ONLY, marked off with yellow tape. Located south of the channel at the edge of the woods).
6:00 will be a carry-in & everyone will be welcome. Please bring a covered dish. Held at the Club House. There will also be a 50/50 drawing that day. Ron Penneybacker will be going around selling the tickets. Winner will be drawn that evening.
**May 7th @ 5:00 will be our annual Mother’s Day Carry-In.
Shredded Chicken, Ham & buns will be provided. Bring your Mothers favorite recipe as a covered dish to share.
**May 14th @ 2:00 pm will be the next Campers Meeting held at the Club House. We will be having a sign in sheet for everyone to start signing in at the meetings.
Memorial Day Weekend:
** May 28th Sat: 1:00pm Poker Run. Sign up by noon @ Jim Wentworths (camper right behind the club house Lot C69).
Sat: 8:30pm is the Patriotic Boat Float. We have moved this over to the new dock to line up at Lot 92.
** May 29th Sun: Karaoke 7-10 pm.(Jim) This will take place on the new stage in the park.
